I am Asanga Deshapriya, an officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. Currently, I am working as senior assistant secretary of the Ministry of Water Supply, Sri Lanka. I completed my Master of Sustainability and Environment Policy at the University of Seoul, South Korea and my thesis topic was Effectiveness of Waste Management Policy in Western Province, Sri Lanka. I have several years of experience in productivity improvement and green productivity in the government sector and have worked as a consultant for many government institutes including local government authorities.
