Romeo Ben Manangu is currently studying in the Master of Urban Administration and Planning program of the International School of Urban Sciences at the University of Seoul, South Korea. He is a Senior Transportation Development Officer working for the Department of Transportation of the Philippines, with almost five years experience in infrastructure project appraisal and policy formulation. His areas of interest include intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and non-motorized transportation (NMT).
