Ms. Hyemi Kim is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of International Urban Development at the University of Seoul. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Business Administration from Hongik University, Seoul, and a Master’s degree in Global Construction from the International School of Urban Sciences, University of Seoul. Since 2017, she has participated in various ODA programs, including a master’s degree program for foreign government officials under the International Urban Development Program.
With this background, her research field of interest is international urban development and international cooperation.
